Psychologist Greeting

Hello,

I imagine that if you found your way to this website that you or someone you love is struggling with emotional, mental or behavioral problems.  The good news is that you have already taken the first step to resolving these issues once and for all! Psychotherapy has been shown to significantly improve one’s emotional and behavioral health and  quality of life.  Hopefully, through our work together you or your loved one will feel better about personal issues, situations and relationships. Finding the right psychologist is like shopping for anything else in that you will likely have to shop around before you find the “right fit.”  You may meet several psychologists before you “click” with one in particular.  I recommend that you call me first for a free phone consultation and decide if you’d like to set up an initial in-person consultation.

I look forward to speaking with you!

Dr. Silva
